Export Area Manager
Reporting directly to the Export Sales Director, the ideal Export Manager will be responsible for driving sales and business development in assigned international markets, ensuring the growth of our product offerings and building strong relationships with distributors and customers.
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
- Market development
o Identify and evaluate potential markets for HVAC products.
o Conduct market research to understand local regulations, competition and customer needs.
o Develop and implement market entry strategies. - Sales management:
o Achieve sales targets and expand customer base in assigned regions.
o Develop and maintain relationships with key distributors and partners.
o Prepare sales forecasts and reports to monitor performance against targets. - Collaboration
- Interfacing with internal teams to ensure the best sales support
- Ensure compliance with all export policies and procedures and regulations
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, adjusting strategies as necessary
Requirements
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5 years in similar role in the HVAC sector
KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
- Thorough knowledge of the English language
- Knowledge of a third language will be a plus
- Negotiation techniques
STUDIES
- Engineering or economics degree preferred
PERSONAL SKILLS
- Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving orientation
- Availability for travel (30%)

Lean Academy SpecialistTogether with the Head of Continuous Improvement, he is in charge of designing and implementing a company laboratory, where employees can acquire skills and continuously improve, through training programmes aimed at developing skills and promoting professional growth. MAIN ACTIVITIES:
- Maintain, design, develop and deliver the Academy project training programmes necessary to bring new trained operators into the production process
- Develop and create a training space dedicated to the Academy project to enable participants to learn
- Coordinate and plan training courses
- Develop and coordinate some continuous improvement activities in agreement with the manager
- Maintain and develop KPI's monitoring systems of improvement activities

Sales EngineerThe position, which reports to the Presales Manager, is aimed at providing specialist technical support to the sales network in Italy and abroad. MAIN ACTIVITIES:
- Provide technical/informative support to sales agencies, customers, distributors and engineering studios regarding product specifications and possible configurations;
- Carry out technical analysis of projects, quotations and offers of technical solutions including both standard and custom products;
- Support the sales team at customers and distributors for the acquisition of special projects;
- Collaborate with Area Managers to share technical/commercial support activities preparatory to turnover development.
