Casa Angelina è un boutique hotel di lusso nel cuore della Costiera Amalfitana e si trova a picco sul mare nell’incantevole borgo di Praiano, a metà strada da Positano e Amalfi. Secondo la Travel Guide di Forbes è il secondo miglior hotel di lusso italiano: 37 camere affacciate sul mare, due ristoranti, di cui uno Michelin Stars, un bar, due sale massaggi, un’area benessere di 100 mq. Casa Angelina è stata completamente ristrutturata con la volontà di installare solo il meglio della tecnologia presente sul mercato e Rhoss è orgogliosa di far parte di questo progetto!

Obiettivo: Massimizzare le performance del sistema di climatizzazione, garantendo il miglior comfort possibile per i clienti.

Per la Costiera Amalfitana il 2023 è stato un anno record per intensità di calore e per picchi di umidità elevatissima: raggiungere l’eccellenza in queste condizioni è stato un notevole stress test.

HYDROFLEXY  E’ la soluzione Rhoss proposta ed installata in questo hotel che comprende 4 Unità polivalenti splittate con tecnologia EXP a basso impatto ambientale che garantiscono massima efficienza con un minimo impatto estetico ed acustico.

Unità integrate con la piattaforma di monitoraggio e controllo da remoto: uno strumento essenziale per aumentare l’efficienza e ridurre i costi di assistenza. In alcune particolari strutture alberghiere, situate in edifici storici o collocate in luoghi panoramici o in spazi ristretti, non sempre vi è la possibilità di progettare soluzioni idroniche tradizionali e queste unità idroniche splittate coniugano prestazioni, efficienza, flessibilità in tutte le applicazioni in cui l’installazione in spazi ridotti e la riduzione di rumore, sono gli elementi caratterizzanti.

HYDROFLEXY con tecnologia EXP consente il recupero gratuito del calore di condensazione in uno scambiatore di recupero dedicato durante il funzionamento per la produzione di acqua refrigerata (tipico funzionamento durante la stagione estiva). Se non vi è l’esigenza di acqua refrigerata o semplicemente il carico è temporaneamente soddisfatto, l’unità in modo intelligente fornirà l’eventuale potenza termica richiesta. Questo rende unica la tecnologia EXP: produzione di acqua fredda e calda in modo contemporaneo o indipendente per soddisfare i carichi termici durante tutto l’anno.

An oasis of peace and quiet on the vibrant amalfi coast 

Casa Angelina is a luxury boutique hotel in the heart of the Amalfi Coast and it is located overlooking the sea in the charming village of Praiano, halfway between Positano and Amalfi. According to the Forbes Travel Guide, it is the second best Italian luxury hotel: 37 rooms overlooking the sea, two restaurants, including one Michelin Stars, a bar, two massage rooms, a 100 sq. m. wellness area. Casa Angelina was completely renovated with the desire to install only the best technology on the market, and Rhoss is proud to be part of this project.

Goal: Maximize the performance of the air conditioning system, ensuring the best possible comfort for customers.

For the Amalfi Coast, 2023 was a record year for heat intensity and very high humidity peaks: achieving excellence under these conditions was a considerable stress test.

HYDROFLEXY is the Rhoss solution proposed and installed in this hotel that includes 4 split multi-purpose units with environmentally friendly EXP technology that provide high efficiency with minimal aesthetic and acoustic impact. Units integrated with remote monitoring and control platform – an essential tool for increasing efficiency and reducing service costs. In some hotel facilities, located in historic buildings, or situated in scenic locations or in confined spaces, it is not always possible to design traditional hydronic solutions and these split hydronic units combining performance, efficiency, flexibility in all applications where installation in small spaces and noise reduction are the distinguishing features.

HYDROFLEXY with EXP technology allows free recovery of condensation heat in a specific recovery heat exchanger during operation for the production of chilled water (typical operation during summer). If chilled water is not required or the load is temporarily satisfied, the unit will intelligently provide the required heating capacity. This makes EXP technology unique: simultaneous or independent production of hot and cold water to fulfil the thermal loads throughout the year.
