The second edition of the Rhoss Academy, a training course of more than 250 hours organised in collaboration with Adecco and aimed at training and employing future assembly and brazing operators, is now starting.

After the first selection phase, a group of boys and girls got to know our reality through an afternoon of Factory Tour. This experience allowed them to learn more about Rhoss S.p.A., visit the production plant and get involved during the selection phase, which confirmed the placement of 6 young workers.

Work and Training go hand in hand to build the skills of the future.
