L’Olanda sceglie l’efficienza: unità Poker Rhoss per un comfort senza precedenti!

In Olanda, l’innovazione incontra l’efficienza energetica grazie alle pompe di calore Rhoss della gamma a propano POKER: diverse installazioni in tutto il Paese hanno significativamente migliorato l’efficienza energetica di numerosi edifici, sia storici che moderni.

Pompe di calore reversibili modulari per produzione di acqua ad alta temperatura, con condensazione ad aria. Serie a compressori ermetici scroll e gas refrigerante R290.

Poker P è una gamma efficiente, ecologica e modulare: fino a 4 unità accoppiabili tra loro.

WARNSVELD

Rendere più sostenibile l’edificio “Nieuwe Pastorie” di Warnsveld, costruito nel 1913 e monumento comunale dall’11 maggio 1993, è stata una grande sfida!

Un percorso chiaro scandito da più fasi accomunate da un unico obiettivo: la sostenibilità.

Negli ultimi anni, in vari momenti, il cliente, che ha stabilito la propria azienda nell’edificio nel 2018, ha compiuto importanti passi verso la sostenibilità.

Nel 2020, i tetti sono stati dotati di pannelli solari laddove possibile e sono state installate stazioni di ricarica per le auto elettriche.

Nel 2022, l’edificio è stato in gran parte ristrutturato, ottenendo un ulteriore risparmio di gas del 30%. Progetto concluso con l’installazione di una pompa di calore Rhoss POKER a propano THAETP 250, eliminando così il 90% del consumo di gas.

Nella ristrutturazione degli uffici, situati vicino alla stazione centrale di ‘s-Hertogenbosch, è stata scelta una soluzione Rhoss personalizzata in sostituzione delle due pompe di calore presenti.

Questo edificio, in classe energetica A e con un’ottima certificazione BREEAM , viene considerato molto moderno ed efficiente dal punto di vista energetico e si distingue per questi motivi come ambiente di lavoro molto piacevole.

A Enschede, 3 moduli della gamma POKER P sono stati installati in un edificio multifamiliare, situato sulla strada che collega la Aukevleerstraat alla Gratsch Veste di Ensched.

Pompe di calore aria-acqua a propano destinati al riscaldamento dell’edificio, che permettono di beneficiare degli incentivi EIA.

In the Netherlands, innovation meets energy efficiency thanks to Rhoss heat pumps from the POKER propane range: several installations across the country have significantly improved the energy efficiency of numerous buildings, both historic and modern.

Modular reversible heat pumps for high temperature water production, air cooled. Range with scroll hermetic compressors and R290 refrigerant gas.

Poker P is an efficient, environmentally friendly and modular range: up to 4 units may be combined.

WARNSVELD

Making the “Nieuwe Pastorie” building in Warnsveld, built in 1913 and a municipal monument since 11 May 1993, more sustainable was a great challenge!

A clear path marked by several stages united by a single goal: sustainability.

In recent years, at various times, the client, who established his company in the building in 2018, has taken important steps towards sustainability.

In 2020, roofs were fitted with solar panels wherever possible and charging stations for electric cars were installed.

In 2022, the building was largely renovated, achieving a further 30% gas saving. Project completed with the installation of a Rhoss POKER propane heat pump THAETP 250, eliminating 90% of gas consumption.

In the renovation of the offices, located near the central station in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, a customised Rhoss solution was chosen to replace the two existing heat pumps.

This building, in energy class A and with an excellent BREEAM certification, is considered very modern and energy efficient and stands out for these reasons as a very pleasant working environment.

In Enschede, 3 modules of the POKER P range were installed in a multi-family building, located on the road from the Aukevleerstraat to the Gratsch Veste in Ensched.

These air-to-water propane heat pumps are eligible for EIA subsidies as they are intended for heating the commercial building.
